Beluga Caviar
The king of caviar. Largest pearls, rarest sturgeon, most delicate butter melt. Each tin represents 18-25 years of patient aquaculture.
Largest — 3 to 3.5mm. Light pearly gray to dark steely gray. Triple Zero (000) silver is most exclusive.
Buttery, creamy, delicate with nutty marine notes. No saltiness — Malossol style. Long finish 30-60 sec.
Silkiest, softest, most tender. Thin skin, dissolves on the tongue.
