From Farm
To Table
Our farms use advanced technology and controlled environments to preserve quality and authenticity.


Located on the southern coast of the Caspian Sea, our aquaculture complex spans 12 hectares of pristine water systems. Each sturgeon is tracked individually.
We collaborate with marine biologists from Caspian Research Institute to restore endangered sturgeon populations. For every kg harvested, we release 50 juveniles.
Processing & Quality
Every stage from harvesting to packaging follows strict quality control procedures.
Laboratory Analysis
Each harvest undergoes 14 microbiological and chemical tests in our on-site certified lab.
Artisanal Processing
Hand-salted using 19th century Malossol method by our master curers with 30+ years experience.
Cold Chain Packaging
Hermetically sealed in original Caspian tinplate, shipped in temperature-logged golden boxes at -2°C.
We discard any tin that does not meet our sensory panel's evaluation of aroma, texture, and salt balance.
