How to make an omelette with caviare

Ingredients needed for four to six persons

Eggs: 4 pcs

Thin cream: one third of a cup

Fresh onion (green part): 4 pcs

Olive oil: 1 tablespoon

Salt: half a teaspoon

White toast: 3 pcs

Soft butter: 40 grams

A mixture of mayonnaise and creamy yogurt: a quarter of a cup

Caviar: 100 grams

Chopped onion for caviar: 1 tablespoon

Combine one egg, one tablespoon each of cream and minced onion. Heat up a pan that measures 25 centimeters in diameter and coat the bottom with olive oil. Transfer the egg mixture onto the pan, ensuring it is evenly distributed and thin. Once it settles in, wrap it. If you leave it too late, the omelette will become dry, become difficult to wrap, and may even tear. Repeat with the second egg, putting the first folded omelette inside the second, then wrapping the second omelette around the first and briefly cooking it.

For the following two eggs, repeat these steps. To make the omelettes better, season with a little salt and refrigerate for one hour. Next, chop into pieces that are 2-3 cm long. Using a round cutter, cut the toasts to 3 cm in diameter. Then, smear them with soft butter and arrange them on a baking tray. After that, bake them in a hot oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden. Drizzle a little of the mayonnaise and creamy yogurt mixture over the omelettes, top with caviar, and garnish with onion tails. Next, transfer the omelette to an appropriate container.

The omelettes can be cooked in a pan and then transferred to oil paper. Once the omelets have cooled, cover them with sour dough, wrap both of them, and cut them.

How to prepare caviar leg

Boiled eggs: six

Mayonnaise: three tablespoons

Red onion: two medium ones

Cream cheese: 200 to 250 grams

Sour cream: two thirds of a cup

Quality caviar: as much as needed

Oil: as much as needed

Lemon, garlic and spices: as needed

The hard-boiled eggs should first be finely chopped, fully combined with mayonnaise, and then layered as the initial layer of the pie on the pan’s surface. Chop the red onions finely, then distribute them evenly over the bottom layer. Spread cheese Until everything is perfectly smooth, stir. Next, combine it with sour cream and stir once more. Transfer this mixture to the onion layer and use a spoon to fully blend it into the pan. Take note that the layers are not combined to the greatest extent possible. Freeze for three hours with the pan inside the pan.

 Following the aforementioned procedures, carefully place the caviar with a spoon; do not crush or regurgitate it. We placed the pie’s surface. The mixture must then be frozen for a further hour. You will now require an oil-dipped knife. Once the pie is fully detached from the dish and prepared for serving, carefully move this knife around the pan and from the inside. This pie goes well with toast or baguette bread, lemon, and a variety of vegetables.
