How to prepare Iranian beluga caviar and beet feed
After washing a portion of beets with cumin and sea salt, wrap ten grams of butter in aluminum foil, and bake it for ninety minutes at 160 degrees Celsius. Next, use a template to help you peel and chop the beets into thick pieces that you can then shape into little cylinders.
The second beetroot portion should be peeled, sliced thinly, and seasoned for an hour with salt, pepper, olive oil, grated lemon peel, and black pepper.
Cook the third beetroot slice with some cumin and parsley stems in sea salt. Once the beetroot is tender, remove the skin, cut it into thick slices, and use a stencil to cut the slices into medium-sized pieces. Next, chop these parts into cubes and insert them into Add shredded lemon peel and salt and pepper for seasoning. Use these pieces to make a tasty tartare by combining them with some cream cheese.
Season the peeled beets with some olive oil and raspberry vinegar (balsamic vinegar).
With just four beet pieces, you can make a fantastic bread that will taste amazing and will definitely be worth your effort. Add the peeled beets to the mixture after grating them. In around twenty minutes, these materials will become a delightful dough. Then roll it into a ball. The dough now has to rest for an hour before being placed in a 170 degree Celsius preheated oven.
To achieve better cooking at this point, it is advised to add some water to the oven. Depending on the kind and brand of oven, the cooking time might range from 50 minutes to more.
All of the prepared beets are arranged artistically on the dish, and a ring-shaped piece of caviare is placed in the center. The bread will be served warm or toasted, and diluted cream cheese will be placed through the funnel.
